The Supervisory Board of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS approved today, on 4 March 2013 the annual report and profit allocation proposal for the year 2012 of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS. The Supervisory Board decided to present the annual report and profit allocation proposal as prepared by the management for the approval of the general meeting of shareholders. The revenues and profits remained unchanged compared to the preliminary disclosure on 12 February 2013.
The consolidated audited revenue of Tallinna Kaubamaja Group for the year of 2012 was 467.8 million euros. The revenue of the comparable period last year was 436.0 million euros. The revenue increased by 7.3 per cent.
The consolidated audited net profit of the Group for the year of 2012 was 20.9 million euros. The net profit of the year 2011 was 21.5 million euros.
