Dividend proposal for financial year 2012

Haibach (near Aschaffenburg), 5 March 2013. The Executive Board of Adler
Modemärkte AG has proposed to distribute a dividend of EUR0.40 (previous
year: EUR0.00) per no-par value share to the Company's shareholders for
financial year 2012. This dividend will enable shareholders to participate
in the success of the fashion house, which in 2012 generated revenue of
EUR506,1 million (previous year: EUR476.6 million), earnings before
interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of EUR35,5 million
(previous year: EUR31,2 million) and a consolidated profit of the year of
EUR10.1 million (previous year: EUR8.5 million). The Supervisory Board
approved the proposal at its meeting today. The Annual General Meeting,
which will be held on 22 May in Aschaffenburg, will decide on the final
approval. The financial statements for the financial year ended will be
presented on 21 March 2013.
