On March 5, 2013, the Belgian Ministry of Finance, Brussels, Belgium,
acting in the name and on behalf of the State of Belgium, has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares the Voting
Rights of the State of Belgium on HAMBORNER REIT AG, Duisburg, Germany,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 31, 2012
and on that day amounted to 3.57% (this corresponds to 1.622.184 Voting
Rights).According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG,
3.57% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1.622.184 Voting Rights) is
to be attributed to the State of Belgium from Société Féderale de
Participations et d'Investissement/Federale Participatie- en
Investeringsmaatschappij SA/NV ('SFPI/FPIM').


Correction of our announcement of 15.02.2013

On March 01, 2013, Société Fédérale de Participations et
d'Investissement/Federale Participatie- en Investeringsmaatschappij SA/NV
('SFPI/FPIM'), Brussels, Belgium has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on HAMBORNER REIT
AG, Duisburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on December 31, 2012 and on that day amounted to 3.57% (this
corresponds to 1622184 Voting Rights).According to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.57% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds
to 1622184 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
