Luxemburg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Drillisch AG, Maintal, Deutschland,
have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 01, 2013
and on that day amounted to 4.95% (this corresponds to 2632463 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, no. 6 WpHG, 4.78% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2542463 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  via Flossbach von Storch SICAV.
