Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Great Britain, notified us on 6th of March
2013 that the percentage of voting rights of its subsidiary DWS Investment
GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany, in STADA Arzneimittel AG, Bad Vilbel, Germany,
crossed the threshold of 3 % on 4th of March 2013 and amounts to 3.05 %
(1.807.000 voting rights) as per this date.
