Holding of own shares below 10%
Notice from the Board of Directors of Scandinavian Private Equity A/S pursuant
to sections 28 and 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act.

It is hereby announced that Scandinavian Private Equity A/S's total number of
own shares amounts to 4,314, corresponding to a nominal value of DKK 43,140,000
and 8.6% of the total share capital and total voting rights in the Company.

The reduction in the number of own shares is due to the Company's acquisition of
the management company, Scandinavian Private Equity Partners A/S, where the
consideration partly has been paid with own shares.
