Eindhoven, March 08, 2013 - Last Wednesday, the Extraordinary General
Meeting of Catalis SE took place in Eindhoven.

In total, 6.08% of the company's share capital was represented at the
meeting. The only item of the agenda (nomination of Mr Nick Winks as CRO)
was approved unanimously by the attending shareholders.
