The board of Talvivaara Mining Company Oyj (Talvivaara) has decided on a rights issue whereby shareholders are entitled to six (6) new shares for every one (1) share held. The subscription price is EUR 0.16 per share. The Ex-date is March 11, 2013. NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets has carried out a re-calculation of options and forwards in Talvivaara (TLV1V3).
