This is an announcement of change.

Due to the ongoing restructuring negotiations SolarWorld AG will postpone
the release of the annual financial report for the fiscal year 2012 from
its pre-announced date 21 March 2013. We therefore cancel our notification
dated 7 January 2013. A new date of release for the annual financial report
2012 is to be announced.
