New CfMD Application Supports Return Merchandise Authorizations, Field Service Management and Product Support Lifecycle

Specifically, the application manages and monitors standard manufacturing and extended warranty contracts; return material authorizations (RMAs) where products are returned for depot repairs; and field service where technicians make repairs at customer premises.

The new release adds to Armanino's Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD) suite of industry modules, which include a number of pre-configured add-ons for technology, manufacturing and distribution companies. Microsoft certified the Warranty Management and Product Repair module through a process that includes rigorous testing, customer references, and other objective third-party verifications that prove usability and effectiveness.

In addition to technology and manufacturing companies, medical device and life sciences companies can utilize this solution to enable complaint management tracking and support, leveraging the "Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA)" process, says Scott Mangelson, Armanino's CRM practice leader.
