On March 13, 2013, Saturea B.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, have fallen below the 50%
threshold of the Voting Rights on March 12, 2013 and on that day amounted
to 49.999% (this corresponds to 26481721 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 9.146% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 4844037 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company
from Perry Luxco RE S.à r.l..
