On 13th of March 2013 Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Great Britain,
notified us of the retraction of its notification dated 6th of March 2013,
published on 7th March 2013, regarding the voting rights of its subsidiary
DWS Investment GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany, in STADA Arzneimittel AG, Bad
Vilbel, Germany. The retraction of the substantial shareholding
notification is made due to 0.43 % of the 3.05 % position being on lent to
an external counterparty and hence will not be reportable under Sec. 21
para. 1 WpHG. DWS Investment GmbH therefore remains below the 3 % threshold
and did so during this period.
