On 15 March 2013 AB Klaipėdos Nafta (hereinafter, the Company) received a notification of 13 March 2013 from the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court (hereinafter, the Court) regarding filing of a response to the complaint of AB Kauno dujotiekio statyba and UAB Šiaulių dujotiekio statyba (hereinafter, the Applicants), whereby the Applicants ask the Court to annul the decision No. 4S-619 of 8 February 2013 of the Public Procurement Office (hereinafter, PPO) by which the Company was obliged to annul the results of procurement No. 124121 and the decisions regarding acknowledgement the proposal as on top of the group of economic subjects comprised of the Applicants. The Company is brought into the proceedings as the party concerned.
The PPO made decisions were announced by the Company on 8 February 2013 by making a notification on the material event.
The Company will inform about the further progress of the proceedings by giving notifications on material events.
