1. On March 18, 2013, Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Germany, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 15, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 631775 Voting Rights).

2. On March 18, 2013, the Ministry of Finance, in the name and on behalf of
the state of Norway, Oslo, Norway has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG,
Neckarsulm, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
March 15, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to
631775 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.01% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 631775 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the state of Norway from Norges Bank.
