Hooker Furniture Declares Quarterly Dividend

MARTINSVILLE, Va., March 19, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hooker Furniture (Nasdaq:HOFT) announced that on March 19, 2013, its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on April 12, 2013 to shareholders of record at March 29, 2013. This represents the second dividend declaration under the Company's previously announced expectation to declare and pay dividends to more closely coincide with its fiscal quarters.
