according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Dürr Aktiengesellschaft, Bietigheim-Bissingen, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 20, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 3.04% (this corresponds to 525401 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.04% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
525401 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.

On March 25, 2013, BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, DE, USA has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Dürr Aktiengesellschaft, Bietigheim-Bissingen,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March
20, 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.03% (this corresponds to 524429
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 3.03% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
524429 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
