On March 27, 2013, Mr Gerhard Wöhrl, Germany has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Adler Modemärkte AG, Haibach, Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of
the Voting Rights on March 26, 2013 and on that day amounted to 5.033%
(this corresponds to 931611 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 2.999%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 555200 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Wöhrl.
