The Finnish Court of Arbitration has issued an arbitration award on the dispute between SRV Construction Ltd and real estate company Espoontori. The dispute relates to construction expenses and real estate company Espoontori’s payment obligation in the renovation of Espoontori shopping center. According to the decision of the arbitral tribunal, real estate company Espoontori is obligated to pay a total of approximately EUR 0.7 million to SRV Construction Ltd. Due to the decision, SRV Group Plc books as expenses approximately EUR 0.6 million in the first quarter of year 2013.
