compliance with section 21 (1) WpHG that its share of the voting rights in
Loewe AG, Kronach, Germany, exceeded the 3 percent, 5 percent, and 10
percent thresholds on March 21, 2013 and amounts to 13.95 percent
(1,814,420 voting rights) with effect from that date.
