Notification of Voting Rights (Stimmrechtsmitteilung) dated March 28, 2013

On March 25, 2013 the stake of UBS, Zurich, Switzerland exceeded the
threshold of 3% and, on that date, UBS held voting rights that amounted to
3.34% (voting rights arising from 1,219,072 no-par value ordinary shares).
Of these voting rights, 0.51% (186,680 voting rights) are to be attributed
to UBS, Zurich, Switzerland pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG.
