Supervisory Board propose a dividend of EUR 0.55 per share for the fiscal
year 2012. At the CENIT Supervisory Board meeting on April 2nd, 2013 the
following was decided: At this year's shareholders' meeting on May 31st,
2013 the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board will propose a dividend
of EUR 0.30 and an extra dividend of EUR 0.25 per share because of the 25th
anniversary of the company.
