Liepaja, 2013-04-04 12:27 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hereby JSC Liepājas Metalurgs informs, that on 02.04.2013. the Administrative District Court in the second instance satisfied the claim of the affiliated company of JSC Liepājas Metalurgs, Liepāja Special Economic Zone JSC Liepājas osta LM on cancellation of part of the administrative deed of the State Revenue Agency.

The administrative deed has been cancelled in the part, by which there was determined the value added tax additionally payable to the state budget, exceeding 11 Mio. LVL, the overdue money of 3.34 Mio.LVL and the penalty of 5.5 Mio.LVL. Within one month the judgment may be to the Senate of the Supreme Court.
