The Company hereby informs that it acquired 710,611 of its own shares through the tender offer in the Stock Exchange NASDAQ OMX Vilnius. The transaction is finally completed on 4 April this year.
The company now owns 2,070,621 of its own shares, and the rest of them, i. e. 46,304,379 shares are owned by shareholders of AB Žemaitijos Pienas, providing them with 46,304,379 votes.
