to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights
on mybet Holding SE, Kiel, Germany, exceeded the 20% threshold of the
Voting Rights on April 3, 2013 and on that day amounted to 20.62% (this
corresponds to 4,994,208 Voting Rights). According to Article 22 (2)
WpHG, 17.19% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4,163,740 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to Arcalis Balear SL. Voting rights of the
following shareholder, whose share of voting rights in mybet Holding SE
amounts to 3% or more, are attributed to Arcalis Balear SL: Brickell
Investments SL, Madrid.
2. Mr Sascha Badelt, Spain has informed us according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on mybet
Holding SE, Kiel, Germany, exceeded the 20% threshold of the Voting
Rights on April 3, 2013 and on that day amounted to 20.62% (this
corresponds to 4,994,208 Voting Rights). According to Article 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 1, WpHG, 4.56% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
1,105,427 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Badelt. According to
Article 22 (2) WpHG, 16.06% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
3,888,781 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Badelt. Voting
rights of the following shareholder and controlled company, whose share
of voting rights in mybet Holding SE in each case amounts to 3% or

Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
mybet Holding SE, Kiel, Germany, exceeded the 20% threshold of the
Voting Rights on April 3, 2013 and on that day amounted to 20.62% (this
corresponds to 4,994,208 Voting Rights). According to Article 22 (2)
WpHG, 19.17% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4,643,088 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to Freiherr von Brackel. Voting rights of
the following shareholders, whose share of voting rights in mybet

WpHG, 16.06% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3,888,781 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to Brickell Investments SL. Voting rights
of the following shareholder, whose share of voting rights in mybet
Holding SE amounts to 3% or more, are attributed to Brickell
Investments SL: Arcalis Balear SL, Palma de Mallorca.

21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on mybet
Holding SE, Kiel, Germany, exceeded the 20% threshold of the Voting
Rights on April 3, 2013 and on that day amounted to 20.62% (this
corresponds to 4,994,208 Voting Rights). According to Article 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 1, WpHG, 3.43% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
830,468 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Farrus Sarrado.

Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting Rights on mybet
Holding SE, Kiel, Germany, exceeded the 20% threshold of the Voting
Rights on April 3, 2013 and on that day amounted to 20.62% (this
corresponds to 4,994,208 Voting Rights). According to Article 22 (2)
WpHG, 20.49% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4,963,188 Voting
Rights) is to be attributed to Mrs Hütel. Voting rights of the
