Tribona ASA signs 10 year rental agreement in Sundsvall covering 4 000 sq m


Tribona has today signed a 10 year rental agreement with  Norrpartner AB within the property Sköns Prästbord 2:4 in Sundsvall. In the property, which today mainly is occupied by Menigo, Tribona will make a tenant customization of the property and prepare premises for Norrpartner. Occupancy will take place on the 1st of December 2013.  


The rental agreement, including 4 000 sq m logistics space, extends to 10 years and has an annual rent of SEK 2 610 000 in addition to media and real estate taxes paid by the tenant.


"We have during the winter had a very good and constructive dialogue with Norrpartner which now has resulted in a long rental agreement and we are very pleased," comments Peter Strand, CEO of Tribona.


Sköns Prästbod 2:4 is a modern logistics property of 24 600 sq m  situated in an area with good communication and trading. The property has a high proportion of loading doors and also rail connection.
