With the following NASDAQ OMX Riga informs that on April 15, 2013 it has received the announcement from AS „Brīvais vilnis” shareholder and the mandatory takeover bid announcer SIA „A CORPORATION”.
SIA „A CORPORATION” informs that it is now owning 1 422 818 AS „Brīvais vilnis” ordinary shares and SIA „BRĪVAIS VILNIS COMPANY” is now owning 1 548 878 AS „Brīvais vilnis” ordinary shares, together they are owning 2 971 696 AS „Brīvais vilnis” ordinary shares. These two companies have been acting jointly.
