Chris Bigler resigns from the position as Chief Financial

CHANGES BOARD/MANAGEMENT/AUDITORS

CFO Chris Bigler has accepted an offer to become CFO outside the Group and will
consequently resign from the position as CFO in IC Companys A/S no later than
31 October 2013. 
  
The Board of Directors and CEO Niels Mikkelsen will initiate the process of the
recruitment of a new CFO as soon as possible. In the meantime, Chris Bigler
will carry out his current responsibilities in the Group until further notice. 
  
Chairman of the Board of Directors Niels Martinsen commented; “We wish Chris
Bigler the best of luck with the new challenges and would also like to thank
him for the great effort he has made in IC Companys A/S since 2002 and not
least as a member of the Executive Board since 2008″.
