Brandt brings 18 years of experience as the Managing Partner at Brereton, Hanley & Co., an investment bank that focused on liquidity transactions for middle market businesses. Brandt's financial advisory experience is diverse and includes: leveraged transactions, management and employee-led acquisitions (including Employee Stock Ownership Plans), sale of businesses (sale-side mandates), business recapitalizations and consolidations.
