21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares the voting rights on ISRA VISION
AG, Darmstadt, Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the voting rights
on April 16th, 2013 and amounts to 5.15% (this corresponds to 225,790
voting rights) on that day.
Thereof are 5.15% (225,790 voting rights) to be attributed pursuant to
Article 22 section 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG
CI Financial Corp..

21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares the voting rights on ISRA VISION
AG, Darmstadt, Germany, have exeeded the 5% threshold of the voting rights
on April 16th, 2013 and amounts to 5.15% (this corresponds to 225,790
voting rights) on that day.
