Late start of the rewind service for INET Multicast ITCH this morning


Dear Customer,

This morning we had issues with the rewinders/re-request servers for 10GE and premium colo Multicast ITCH for both primary and secondary.

Customers could connect to the rewinders but didn’t receive any data. Issue was resolved for 10GE Multicast rewinder at 07:48 CET and at 07:53 CET for premium multicast rewinder.
