Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
M.A.X. Automation AG, Düsseldorf, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5%
threshold of the Voting Rights on April 22, 2013 and on that day amounted
to 5.23% (this corresponds to 1400000 Voting Rights).
