Kratos Public Safety & Security Solutions Awarded $4 Million in Educational Facility Security System Contract Awards

Large U.S. Municipal Public School System to Deploy Specialized Video Surveillance System


SAN DIEGO, April 29, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today that its Public Safety & Security Solutions (PSS) Division has recently been awarded over $4 million in new contract awards for security system deployments at educational facilities at certain locations in the United States. Under the contract awards, Kratos will also be deploying a specialized video surveillance system for a large U.S. municipal public school system. Kratos PSS designs, engineers, deploys and integrates into command and control infrastructure specialized security systems, including video surveillance, access control, perimeter control and other unique security assets for the protection of United States critical infrastructure and strategic assets. Due to customer related and other considerations, no additional information is being provided related to these contract awards.
