informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Lotto24 AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen below
the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 26, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 9.73% (this corresponds to 1360000 Voting Rights).
