the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Dresdner Factoring AG,
Dresden, Deutschland, have reached and fallen below the 5% and 3% threshold
of the Voting Rights on April 29, 2013 and on that day amounted to 2.65%
(this corresponds to 74890 Voting Rights).
