Based in Chicago, the Healthcare Analytics unit (HCA) provides health plans, providers, and accountable care organizations (ACOs) access to a robust and dynamic library of quality metrics, performance analytics, and care management tools. The acquisition continues to position Altegra Health as a leader in providing solutions that enhance quality, strengthen compliance, and improve the overall performance of healthcare organizations.
With the closing of the transaction, the HCA offerings join Altegra Health's other Healthcare Enhancement technology solutions and services, focused on enhancing care and quality. Together, these solutions will help health plans and risk-bearing providers gain a deeper understanding of their members' health and how care is delivered in order to bring together the right benefits, the right care, and the right reimbursement.
