Slatin will drive our efforts to build a company-wide approach to putting our clients at the center of our business decisions. He will report to the Chief Information Officer and have a dotted line reporting to the CEO and President.
Slatin has 30 years' experience prior to Sandy Spring in client experience management. He led sales and marketing organizations at Standard Register, Boise Cascade Corporation, and OfficeMax. He then served as a business advisor to senior leadership, developing and executing against growth strategies in financial services, insurance, IT, staffing, distribution and manufacturing.
Slatin graduated with a BS in Marketing from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland. He teaches courses at Loyola University Maryland including Strategic Sales Leadership and Management in the MBA program.
