On 30.04.2013 AS Pro Kapital Grupp published through NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange the English version of its audited annual report for the year 2012 and on 03.05.2013 as correction announcement the Estonian version of its audited annual report for the year 2012.
We have found out that in the note 24 of the Estonian version of the annual report „Other Income and Other Expenses“ the expense lines in the part „Other expenses“ due to the editing error have been published in uncorrect order. The correct part of the respective note is presented here accordingly.

We are publishing as well the correct Estonian version of the audited annual report for the year 2012.
The English version of the annual report has been published correctly and to the Company´s opinion the error in the Estonian version of the annual report does not have significant influence to the evaluation of the economical activity of the Company.
