Balder acquires SAS Radisson Blu, Lindholmen in Gothenburg

Balder (publ) acquires the property Lindholmen 39:2 in Gothenburg from Skanska
for approximately SEK 420 million. The property has a total lettable area of
approximately 13,299 sq.m. and consists of 265 hotel rooms. The hotel will be
operated under the brand SAS Radisson Blu. The building will be certified under
the LEED environmental classification system with the aim to obtain the gold
level.
