The date of release of Consolidated interim financial statements for 3 months of 2013 was changed.

Elektrenai, Lithuania, 2013-05-23 11:41 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lietuvos energija, AB informs that financial results of Lietuvos energija, AB group of companies in 2013 will be released on these dates:

  • February 28 – Consolidated interim financial statements for 12 months of 2012;
  • April 30 – Annual audited consolidated financial statements for the year 2012;
  • May 30 – Consolidated interim financial statements for 3 months of 2013;
  • August 30 – Consolidated interim financial statements for 6 months of 2013;
  • November 29 – Consolidated interim financial statements for 9 months of 2013. 

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is planned to be held on 30 April, 2013.
