- On 21 May 2013, Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, have exceeded the 3%
threshold of the voting rights on 20 May 2013 and on that day amounted to
3.28 % (this corresponds to 1,071,287 of a total of 32,669,000 voting
rights).
- On 21 May 2013, the Royal Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway informed us
in the name and on behalf of the state of Norway according to Article 21,
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG,
Nuremberg, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on
20 May 2013 and on that day amounted to 3.28 % (this corresponds to
1,071,287 of a total of 32,669,000 voting rights).
3.28 % of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1,071,287 of a total of
32,669,000 voting rights) are to be attributed to the Royal Ministry of
Finance from the Norges Bank pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 1 of the WpHG.
