to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 16, 2013 its voting rights
in Deutsche Börse AG, Frankfurt / Main, Deutschland, exceeded the 3%
threshold of voting rights in Deutsche Börse AG and on that day amounted to
3.93% (this corresponds to 7587417 Voting Rights).
