Notification from the DPR of the Ministry of Defence

On May 22, 2013 RURIC was informed by the Department of Property Relations of
the Ministry of Defence that the provided documents evidencing the costs
incurred by Glinky 2 LLC within the framework of the agreement #01-8/9/1 dated
March 27, 2006 didn't not meet requirements of the Town Planning Code of the
Russian Federation and the Order of the Ministry of Defence #1700 of July
6, 2001[1].
