be attributed to BlackRock, Inc., New York, U.S.A. pursuant to section 22
(1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with section 22 (1) sentence 2
WpHG.

BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, U.S.A. has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in
Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, ISIN: DE000CBK1001, WKN: CBK100
fell below the threshold of 5% on 23 May 2013 and amounts to 4.73%
(27,594,379 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 4.73%

Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, U.S.A. pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1

pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in

fell below the threshold of 5% on 23 May 2013 and amounts to 4.73%
(27,594,379 voting rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 4.73%

threshold of 3% on 23 May 2013 and amounts to 2.993% (17,448,744 voting
rights) as per this date. Of these voting rights, 2.993% (17,448,744 voting
