On May 15, 2013 the ordinary general meeting of the Company took place and six questions out of eight agenda’s questions were discussed. When the discussion about the 7th question of the agenda that was published on April 15, 2013 (hereinafter – the Agenda), started, a shareholder proposed to suspend the ordinary general meeting until June 17, 2013 at 12:00 in order to assess in more detail 7th and 8th question of the Agenda. A decision was made with 100% votes of present shareholders to suspend the ordinary general meeting and to continue it on June 17, 2013 at 12:00. Taking into consideration the particular decision and based on the Article 54, paragraph 1 of the Financial instruments market law, the Board of the Company published a notice on May 17, 2013 about the continuation of the suspended ordinary general meeting of the Company.
Taking into account that based on the content of the particular notice of May 17, 2013 one might conclude that the Company has published a notice on the announcement of an extraordinary general meeting, the Board of the Company revokes the notice.
At the same time the Board of the Company, in order to ensure equal treatment to all shareholders holding the same category shares, with this notice informs that Company’s suspended ordinary general meeting will take place on June 17, 2013 at 12:00, at Cukura Street 8/16, Liepaja, JSC “Liepājas autobusu parks”, on the 2nd floor according to the notice on the announcement of Company’s ordinary general meeting published on April 15, 2013 and draft decisions of Company’s ordinary general meeting distributed on April 23, 2013 and April 30, 2013.
Shareholders, who are listed on the shareholders list of May 7, 2013 (date of entry) which was prepared for Company’s ordinary shareholders meeting on May 15, 2013, have rights to participate in the suspended Company’s ordinary shareholders meeting on June 17, 2013.
