In today's meeting the Supervisory Board of the company appointed Mr
Hans-Joachim Zims (59) for an initial period of 12 months as full member of
the Management Board of the company. He will with immediate effect become
responsible for the new management division Restructuring and will support
the company in implementing a holistic package of measures for a
sustainable financing.
 
Ziems is Managing Partner of Ziems & Partner Management Consultants in
Cologne. The restructuring specialist recently headed the restructuring of
the Pfleiderer AG (Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz / Dusseldorf) in the same
position.
