(Nasdaq:STML) today announced that SL-401 clinical results in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN), and preclinical results in multiple myeloma (MM), have been selected for presentation at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting on May 31-June 4 in Chicago, IL.
SL-401 is a novel targeted therapy directed to the interleukin-3 receptor (IL-3R) present on tumor bulk and cancer stem cells (CSCs) of multiple hematologic cancer indications. SL-401 has demonstrated clinical activity in several indications, including AML, BPDCN, and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
