Ad-hoc announcement of 06/03/2013 pursuant to Section 15 of the Securities
Trading Act (WpHG)
Berlin, June 3, 2013 - Dr. Mathias P. Schlichting, member and chairman of
the Supervisory Board of MOLOGEN AG has informed the company today that he
will resign from office due to health reasons prior to this year's annual
general meeting of the company. The remaining members of the Supervisory
Board will consult with the Executive Board on short notice about the
judicial appointment of a successive member to secure the Supervisory
Board's capacity to act. The members of the Supervisory Board will further
agree shortly and in consultation with the appointed candidate about a
successor in the function of chairman.
