He brings over 20 years of extensive aviation industry experience to the Practice. Initially stationed in the firm's Singapore office, Con will focus on the Airlines, Aviation, Defense & Aerospace sector in Asia and will lead the firm's entry into the emerging Indonesian market.

Most recently, Con was a Senior Partner at Flight Ideas Consulting, specializing in board level advisory on best practice and growth strategies for start-up airlines. Previously, Con worked for some of the region's most successful airlines including Qantas and Singapore Airlines. He was also responsible for the establishment of Jetstar Asia, gaining extensive experience providing strategic counsel across a variety of critical business functions, including: executive management, finance, strategy, commercial, network, government affairs, alliances, airline operations and administration in a number of Asia Pacific countries. In addition, Con held senior management roles at both the COO and CEO level, the latter at Citilink, Garuda Indonesia's low cost airline and Viva Macau Airlines.
Con holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
