Envire Solar Betriebs GmbH, Berlin, Germany, informed us pursuant to
Article 21
Section 1 of the WpHG  that its voting rights in the FAME AG, Berlin,
Germany, ISIN: DE000A0BVVK7, WKN: A0BVVK, have fallen below the 10%
threshold of the voting rights on April 10, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 8,89 % (this corresponds to 200,500 voting rights).

Envire Solar AG, Berlin, Germany, informed us pursuant to Article 21
Section 1 of the WpHG   that its voting rights in the FAME AG, Berlin,
Germany, ISIN: DE000A0BVVK7, WKN: A0BVVK, have fallen below the 10%
threshold of the voting rights on April 10, 2013 and on that day
amounted to 8,89 % (this corresponds to 200,500 voting rights).

8.89% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 200,500 voting rights) are
attributable to Envire Solar Betriebs GmbH in accordance with Article 22
Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
