Bonn, 13 June, 2013: Dr Michael F. Keppel, Managing Director of Keppel
Managementpartners GmbH, Frankfurt, has been appointed as member of the
Supervisory Board of IVG Immobilien AG as of 10.06.2013 and until the end
of the Annual General Meeting 2013. The Supervisory Board of IVG
Immobilien AG plans to elect him as Chairman of the Supervisory Board
shortly. Thus Dr Keppel will become the successor of Stefan Jütte, who
resigned on 24.04.2013.
